We believe that confidentiality is paramount in maintaining our professional reputation, and apply that belief to our work in asset recovery. All sensitive information is received and maintained in one central location to protect against unauthorized or improper uses.

The information collected is submitted to the appropriate governmental authority and is only held in our office for the legally mandated amount of time. Once the legally required retention period expires, all documents associated with a Gold Coast Assets, Inc. client’s file are shred in accordance with NAID AAA standards.
